Will I keep my UK number?
Yes. Your eSIM sits alongside your normal SIM. You'll still get UK calls and texts on your usual number. Just turn off mobile data on it so it doesn't roam.
When does my plan start?
The first day you actually connect to a network in-country. So you can install before you fly without using up a day. The clock starts when you land.
What does "unlimited" actually mean?
Full speed up to 3GB a day, then reduced. Never cut off. The cap resets at midnight, local time. Stream, map, video-call, browse all day, every day of your trip.
Can I tether to my laptop?
Yes. Hotspot away. Same plan, same speed, no extra cost. Useful if you're travelling with a laptop, an iPad, or sharing with a partner.
What if I'm visiting multiple countries?
We do regional plans. One purchase covers up to 39 countries in Europe, 23 in Asia, and so on. Cheaper than buying single-country eSIMs for each stop. See regional plans →
Will you keep charging me?
No. There's no contract and no auto-renew. Buy a plan when you need one and that's it. Your card details aren't even saved.
What if it doesn't work?
Email us. If your eSIM won't activate or fails on the network, we refund you. No forms, no phone-tree. We're a small UK team in London and we reply quickly.
My phone isn't on the list. Now what?
If you bought your phone from a UK carrier on contract, it might be locked. Most carriers will unlock it free once your contract's up. If your phone is older than 2018, it likely doesn't have eSIM at all. In that case, sadly we can't help.
